The group, Who We Play For, kindly accommodated us (SKHY) while we are here in Orlando at the Disney International Cup, by coming to us and doing their ECG (Electrocardiogram) screening with our young players, coaches, managers and parents. Who We Play For is a non profit organization that performs these heart screenings at what we consider a minimal cost. The group goes around to over 150 schools across the USA, with their own equipment and trained staff to perform ECG's on students, student athletes and staff with the hope of reducing the incidence of sudden cardiac death in teens and young adults.

They report that since 2001 their model has saved the lives of over 60 students and identified many who require on going treatment and yearly ECGs to monitor issues that might someday become problems. Who We Play For, comes to you, take your readings, then send it to their cardiologists to interpret. In three days, a report is emailed to you with a print out of your readings and the findings of the cardiologist. You are informed if you are low risk for a heart attack, if secondary testing is needed, or if you are high risk. Keep on doing your good work Who We Play For.
