From a young boy who was mesmerized with the game of football, playing in the Primary School League to representing SKHY at the senior level, Ricardo always loved the beautiful game called football. He was introduced to it at an early age and has never looked back since. In between competing at the primary school level and senior division at club level, Ricardo represented his alma mater, Fatima College and also had a stint internationally. In his own words he said, " During my playing days I gained a great deal of knowledge, technically and tactically from many knowledgeable coaches, which has assisted me to achieve great accomplishments. After my competitive days had ended and football became recreational for me, I yearned for the opportunity to give back to the youth of the nation and what a better way to inspire them, than through the beautiful game."
