Well, another successful year has come to an end for the SKHY FC youths. It was a rebuilding year, which was very rewarding for all concerned, members, parents, coaches and management. We, the management, have seen members grow in technique, stature and attitude toward fulfilling their dreams. A few of which may be to play professional football, to further their education abroad through the medium of football (football scholarship), to achieve better grades at school, to get all their passes at CXC/CAPE or just to become as good as one can become.
We, at SKHY FC, have always taken on this challenge to guide and assist the youth as much as we can to achieve these said goals by working systematically and speaking with both player and parent. This is what we firmly believe that we have been placed on this earth for and will continue our work to the very end. No holds barred!
The Club closed off its 2024 year at the Henry Street Recreation Ground, Arouca/Trincity on the morning of Saturday 30th November. The morning began very overcast and gloomy with a lot of rainfall, but the rain subsided mid morning and the sun reigned. The younger members had a great time competing against each other and the older ones came face to face with their parents. Oh, what a game, the ball moving back and forth as much as the on-field and off-field picong. 2024 in the end was the year of the parents.
Awards were distributed after the on-field entertainment. Everyone partook in the eats and drinks supplied by the parents and mingled for a while. A wonderful end to a wonderful morning and a wonderful year. We thank all our members for contributing to making 2024 a great year.

Special mention to every parent, mom, dad, aunt, uncle, granny, grandad, friend, supporter who took the time to bring and pick up these children to and from training and matches. Without you there would be no SKHY. We thank you wholeheartedly.
