The match was played in a good spirit. The boys seemed more relaxed and moved the ball around very well. After the first 15 minutes, one could see that Flushing was under intense pressure and it was just, when will we score. The pipe finally burst and the gates opened. At the end of the first half the score read Flushing United 0 SKHY FC 3.
During the half time break, the skies suddenly darkened and it became gloomy. As the referee started the second stanza the clouds opened and rain began to pour. What a sudden change in weather in about 10 minutes. The match continued with the same pattern of play; it was one way traffic, other than a couple of counter attacks from Flushing. At the final whistle the score read Flushing United 0 SKHY FC 6. It was a positive way to end this football tour. Well done guys!
